Here's how to stay safe when a storm knocks your power out

BALTIMORE -- For the first time in over a decade, the National Weather Service on Monday issued a moderate risk - level four of five - for severe weather.
Some of the storms may be severe with damaging winds, hail, isolated tornadoes and localized flash flooding possible. That means a risk of widespread power outages.
Here's what to do before and during a power outage to keep you and your home safe.
